Acceptable access

Visitors must use the storefront for lawful purposes and must not disrupt its systems, security, content, or other users. Applicable intellectual-property protections continue to cover the site's materials and marks.

Listings and order acceptance

Product facts, images, options, prices, and availability are maintained with care, although minor screen differences and correctable errors may occur. An order submitted by a customer becomes accepted after the required authorization and store confirmation.

Amounts and fulfillment

Checkout shows relevant price, tax, and delivery charges. The Shipping Policy explains separate processing and carrier stages. Customers remain responsible for supplying an accurate delivery address.

Return and exchange terms

The Refund Policy covers eligible new, unused preference returns and damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods. Approved exchanges depend on review and inventory. Mandatory consumer protections are not waived.

Administration of these terms
