Payment providers and issuing institutions may request verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold. Customers should provide accurate billing details and contact the issuer when an unexplained decline or hold persists.

Keeping payment data protected

The commerce and payment providers used by this shop handle sensitive transaction information. Support does not need a complete card number, password, or verification code sent by email.

Refund destination
