Order preparation

Following successful payment authorization, preparation of bottles, cups, storage items, and related parts usually takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit starts only after the order has been dispatched.

Estimated journey

The normal estimate after shipment is 4–6 business days. This estimate excludes weekends and applicable holidays and may shift because of carrier volume, weather, routing, or other conditions outside a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery information
