Refund Policy

What may be requested

Contact us no later than 30 days after the order is delivered. New, unused items in original condition may qualify when preferences change or the wrong option was selected. We also review goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their description.

Information and authorization

Write to pifudihilu153@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, explanation, and useful photos or video for a product issue. Approval must come before mailing, together with the correct return destination and instructions; the correspondence address is not automatically a returns facility.

Prepaid label and exchange route

The package contains a free prepaid return label. If that label cannot be found or was not included, ask us for assistance. We do not assess a restocking fee. Eligible exchanges are considered according to review and stock on hand.

After approval

We process or initiate the approved amount back to the original payment method within 10 days. The customer's bank or card issuer controls any additional posting period. Applicable non-excludable legal rights remain available.
